Your subscription will be invoiced inline with our upfront billing subscriptions terms, we will send you your invoice monthly in advance and payment needs to be made before the account is activated for the new month.
Up until now, you haven’t been billed for our services. Going forward, we will begin billing you to bring greater transparency and support for the value we provide. Your listings and access will remain unchanged.
For now, if your listings are managed through Protool, you’ll continue to manage them there as usual.
That’s completely your choice. However, if you choose not to subscribe, your listings will be removed from Gumtree and you will lose access to any active data feeds or integrations.
You are welcome to continue using Gumtree as a free user, but this means you will need to manually list your ads and adhere to our general terms and conditions, including category-based posting limits and standard listing visibility.
We’re reimagining our platform completely – focused on modern design, better performance, and safer trading. You can expect a faster, more secure experience for both buyers and sellers.
Yes. To cancel your subscription, a written cancellation request must be submitted to [email protected].
If you cancel, your subscription will deactivate at the end of the current paid month. Refer to our terms and conditions here.
Currently you are able to pay via EFT or opt-in for Debit order when signing up.

• Ability to allocate features in bulk.
• Professuional branding to boost trust and credibility.
• Access to dedicated, direct support.
• Increased site visits, especially in the property category.
• Your account stays active, and your ads remain live.
You’ll be billed monthly, with payment due as per the terms outlined in your subscription agreement.
To keep your account active, we must receive proof of payment (POP) by 31 August 2025.

Accounts without a POP by this date will be deactivated on 1 September 2025.
